The shipment of your package
For deliveries, the company uses the BRT courier network in 24 working hours from collection throughout the national territory (48/72 hours for islands, Calabria and places considered "remote"), excluding any delays not dependent on our will; At the customer's request and with payment of additional costs, scheduled deliveries will also be carried out. BRT provides 1/2 free attempts; In the event of non-delivery due to refusal by the recipient or other reason not attributable to the courier, the package would enter storage.
Returns and Complaints
The return must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods, with a carriage document carriage paid, intact, unaltered, in its original packaging, placed in a package that protects the individual packaging of the product. Upon arrival at the office, the return will be subjected to verification and we reserve the right not to accept it, sending it back to the sender carriage assigned. Any replacement will take place only after receipt of the returned item. Defects found on the material (including production defects), incongruities on the packaging and damage attributable to transport, must be communicated upon arrival of the goods. In the event of goods received that do not comply with the order communicated, immediate contact is requested for replacement; In this case, the costs of collecting the incorrect item and returning the correct goods are borne by the 3s dental.
