TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Following your browsing of the Site, we inform you that 3S Dental s.r.l. may process personal data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons.

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Data Required for Registration on the Site and Online Product Sales

In the case of payments made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, MyBank, or similar cards, upon completion of the online purchase process, the relevant banking institution will authorize payment of the purchase amount through the service selected by the Customer.

Regarding the payment data entered by users, 3S Dental s.r.l. will only process data received from digital payment companies and credit card payment processors, consisting of feedback on the payment status (successful/rejected). All additional information relating to the account, prepaid card, credit card, or any other payment method chosen by the user is stored by the entities managing the relevant service, which are not authorized to use the personal data received through the Site for other purposes.

The Data Controller processes the personal data provided by data subjects through the pages of dedicated social media platforms, within the scope of its institutional purposes, exclusively to manage interactions with data subjects (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with applicable legislation.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS, AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVISION

The legal basis is the pursuit of the data controller's legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR).

The data subject is informed, at the time of collection and each communication, of the possibility to object to the processing, easily and free of charge, without affecting the provision of services. Compliance with legal obligations

Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax matters) to which 3S Dental s.r.l. is subject.

Within the Data Controller's organization, your data is accessible exclusively to trained and previously authorized personnel, including administrative, sales, Marketing, and ICT staff.

DATA DISCLOSURE

The data may be disclosed to external parties with whom 3S Dental s.r.l. collaborates, such as product and service suppliers, commercial partners, consultants, collaborators, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, and communications agencies, appointed where necessary as Data Processors by the Data Controller.

STORAGE

All the aforementioned data will be retained for the purposes set out in this policy and, at least, for the duration of the requested service or, where applicable, for the mandatory terms established by law.

Personal Data processed for the purpose of Service Provision will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve those purposes, in compliance with legal obligations (e.g., pursuant to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, accounting documents must be retained for 10 years).

Personal Data processed for Marketing and Newsletter purposes will be retained until you withdraw your consent.

Personal Data processed for the purposes of Compliance with legal obligations will be retained until the time required by the specific obligation or applicable law.

Your Personal Data processed for the purposes of Abuse/Fraud will be retained for the time necessary for the aforementioned purpose and, therefore, until 3S Dental s.r.l. is required to retain it to protect itself in court and disclose such data to the competent authorities in the event of Abuse/Fraud.

h) the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Article 7, paragraph 3);

i) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77);

j) the right to an effective judicial remedy against a supervisory authority (Article 78) or against the data controller or processor (Article 79).
