Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("Information" or "Privacy Policy")
Dear User, 3s dental s.r.l., as Data Controller, considers privacy and the protection of personal data to be one of the main objectives of its business.
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation" or "GDPR"), this page describes the methods for processing the personal data of users who consult the website of 3s dental s.r.l. (hereinafter "Data Controller") accessible electronically at the address http://www.3sdental.it
This Information is an integral part of the services offered through the same site. The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, limitation of purposes and storage, minimization and accuracy, as well as based on guaranteeing integrity and confidentiality.
This information does not apply to other websites, pages or online services that can be reached via hyperlinks that may be published on the website but refer to resources outside the domain of the Data Controller.

PLACE OF PROCESSING
The Data are processed at the Data Controller's offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located, including the offices of any external Data Processors. Further information can be requested directly from the Data Controller.
TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Following navigation of the Site, we inform you that 3s dental s.r.l. may process personal data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons.
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, successful, successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to allow – given the architecture of the systems used – the correct provision of services, for security reasons and to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties. Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller's contact addresses, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the compilation and forwarding of forms on the Data Controller's website (including the Contact Form) and requests made by telephone (including via toll-free number), involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all the personal data included in the communications, within the limits strictly necessary to manage the request.
Data required for registration on the site and the sale of products online
When registering on the site, you will be asked for some personal data such as Name, Surname, E-mail address, any customer code.
In order to follow up on your orders and/or purchases, you will be asked to enter certain information and provide personal data, including: E-mail address, Name, Surname, Address and house number, City, Country, Province, Zip code, other details necessary for shipping or delivery; mobile phone number.
Other data are necessary or provided by you for the invoicing of products such as tax code, tax data, data for sending electronic communications of health expenditure (e.g. the pre-filled form 730), data and information for electronic invoicing to companies and individuals.
Data for registration for courses and events
When registering for courses and events, you will be asked for some personal data including Name and Surname, Company Name, Address, email, telephone and possibly billing data, tax code, VAT number.
Payment information
In the case of payments made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, MyBank or similar cards, at the same time as the conclusion of the online purchase procedure, the reference bank will authorize the payment of the amount relating to the purchase made through the service chosen by the Customer.
With regard to the payment data entered by users, 3s dental s.r.l. will only process the data received from the digital payment companies and the institutions managing credit card payments which consist of feedback information on the status linked to the payment (successful/refused). All further information relating to the account, prepaid card, credit card or any other method chosen by the user, is stored by the entities that manage the relevant service, which are not authorized to use the personal data received through the Site for other purposes.
Contact details relating to the purchase of products, submission of complaints, questions relating to orders placed
The user may freely contact 3s dental s.r.l. to request information, submit complaints or other requests in relation to products purchased and/or ordered (see also the section on the rights of the data subjects).

Information about the processing of personal data carried out through the Social Media platforms used by the Data Controller
With regard to the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the Social Media platforms used by the Data Controller, please refer to the information provided by the latter through their respective privacy policies. The Data Controller processes the personal data provided by data subjects through the pages of dedicated Social Media platforms, within the scope of its institutional purposes, exclusively to manage interactions with data subjects (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with current legislation.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION
Your Personal Data will be processed by 3s dental s.r.l. for the following purposes:
Provision of the requested Service
To enable the provision of the services you have requested (including the purchase and delivery/supply of products and services, registration for courses and events, receiving and managing orders, processing payments, communicating with you about your orders, improving the services and resolving any issues related to them, responding to your requests for information, providing you with support services, etc.).
The legal basis is the performance of a contract and/or the execution of pre-contractual measures, including following up on the data subject's requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The provision of this data is mandatory as failure to provide it will make it impossible to provide the services or follow up on requests.
After the purchase, 3s dental s.r.l. may ask for it, if it wishes to make it, if it intends to provide a Review on the product/service purchased. This activity is completely voluntary and not mandatory and any failure to provide information will not have any consequences.
Newsletter and Marketing
Subject to your consent, 3s dental s.r.l. may send you Newsletters and carry out marketing activities, by sending information and promotional material relating to activities, products, services and offers.
The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR). The provision of your Personal Data for these purposes is therefore entirely optional and does not affect the Provision of Services.
At any time you may object to the above processing by contacting 3s dental s.r.l. at the addresses indicated or through the unsubscribe mechanism that you will find in the footer of each e-mail, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. Cancellation is simple and free.
Soft Spam
We would like to inform you that, pursuant to Art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code, 3s dental s.r.l. may send you offers on products or services similar to those subject to the sale by e-mail, even in the absence of your specific consent. The legal basis is the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR).
The data subject, at the time of collection and at the time of sending each communication, is informed of the possibility of objecting to the processing, easily and free of charge, without jeopardising the provision of services. At any time you can object to the above processing by contacting 3s dental s.r.l. at the addresses indicated or through the unsubscribe mechanism that you can find in the footer of each e-mail.
Compliance with legal obligations
To comply with legal obligations (e.g. in tax matters) to which 3s dental s.r.l. is subject.
The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. c) GDPR). The provision of this data is mandatory as failure to provide it will make it impossible to provide the services or follow up on requests.
Abuse/Fraud
To prevent fraud and abuse in the use of the Site and to allow 3s dental s.r.l. to defend its rights and legitimate interests.
The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the controller or third parties (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR). The provision of data is considered mandatory since it is independent of the will of the interested party, as in cases of prevention of fraudulent or illegal activities, to allow 3s dental s.r.l. to defend itself in court.
Statistics
Carry out anonymous statistical surveys. This activity does not involve the processing of Personal Data as the data are made anonymous and 3s dental s.r.l. is not able to trace your identity.
METHODS OF PROCESSING
The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated.
The data requested will be adapted to the purposes set out above, processed in a manner relevant to them and limited to them, in compliance with the principles provided for by art. 5 of the GDPR. Specific security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, their illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, in compliance with the security measures provided for by art. 32 of the GDPR.
DATA ACCESSIBILITY
Within the Data Controller's structure, your data are accessible only to trained and previously authorized personnel, including administrative, commercial, Marketing Office and ICT Office staff.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The data may be communicated to external parties whose collaboration 3s dental s.r.l. uses, such as suppliers of products and services, business partners, consultants, collaborators, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, appointed where necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller.
The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The same data may be communicated to third parties, public or private, in compliance with legal and/or contractual obligations, as well as on the basis of a legitimate interest of the data controller. By way of example and not limited to, the data may be communicated to:
• Public bodies and authorities;
•Firms;
• Control and supervisory bodies;
• Credit institutions in connection with the payment of the requested service;
• Judicial authorities.
Apart from these cases, personal data will not be communicated or granted to anyone, unless authorized by the subjects.
The identity of the Third Parties receiving the data can be requested at any time from the Data Controller.
The data will not be disseminated.
DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU
No transfers to non-EU countries are envisaged. If necessary, the transfer of personal data to countries that do not belong to the European Union will be carried out only and exclusively in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR ("Transfer of personal data to Third Countries or International Organizations"), i.e. the transfers may be based on an adequacy decision, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on another appropriate legal basis. PRESERVATION
All the aforementioned data will be stored for the purposes referred to in this information and, at least, for the period of validity of the requested service or, in cases where this is provided, within the peremptory terms established by law.
Personal Data processed for the purpose of Providing Services will be stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes, in compliance with legal obligations (e.g. on the basis of Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, accounting documents must be kept for 10 years).
Personal Data processed for Marketing and Newsletter purposes will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
Personal Data processed for the purposes of Compliance with legal obligations will be stored for the time required by the specific obligation or applicable law.
Your Personal Data processed for the purpose of Abuse/Fraud will be stored for the time necessary for the aforementioned purpose and therefore until 3s dental moment in which s.r.l. will be required to keep them to protect itself in court and communicate said data to the competent authorities in the event of an Abuse/Fraud.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Chapter III of European Regulation 679/2016, you may exercise the following rights:
a) the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to his or her personal data (Art. 15);
b) right to rectification (Art. 16);
c) right to erasure (Art. 17);
d) right to restriction of processing (Art. 18);
e) right to data portability (Art. 20);
f) right to object (Art. 21);
g) the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her (Art. 22);
h) the right to withdraw one's consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal (Art. 7, c. 3);
i) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Art. 77);
j) the right to an effective judicial remedy against the supervisory authority (Art. 78) or against the controller or processor (Art. 79).

If the Data Controller intends to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, before such further processing will provide the Data Subject with information regarding this different purpose and any further information necessary to ensure correct and transparent processing.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify and/or update this information on the basis of legislative and regulatory developments that may intervene on the Applicable Legislation, in the face of any interventions by the competent Authority for the protection of personal data.
