PLACE OF PROCESSING
The Data is processed at the Data Controller's offices and in any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located, including the offices of any external data processors. Further information may be requested directly from the Data Controller.
TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Following your browsing of the Site, we inform you that 3S Dental s.r.l. may process personal data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons.
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to verify its correct functioning, to allow—given the architecture of the systems used—the correct provision of services, for security reasons and to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the Site or third parties. Data Provided by the User
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller's contact addresses, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where available), as well as the completion and submission of forms on the Data Controller's website (including the Contact Form), and requests made by telephone (including via the toll-free number) entail the acquisition of the sender's contact information, necessary for a response, as well as all personal data included in the communications, to the extent strictly necessary for processing the request.
Data Required for Registration on the Site and Online Product Sales
During registration on the site, you will be asked to provide certain personal data, such as your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and, if applicable, your Customer ID.
In order to process your orders and/or purchases, you will be asked to enter certain information and provide personal data, including: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Address and House Number, City, Country, Province, Postal Code, and other details necessary for shipping or delivery. Other data is required or provided by you for product invoicing, such as tax code, tax information, data for sending electronic health care expenditure communications (e.g., the pre-filled 730 form), and data and information for electronic invoicing to companies and individuals.
Data for registering for courses and events
When registering for courses and events, you will be asked for certain personal data, including your first and last name, company name, address, email address, telephone number, and, where applicable, billing information, tax code, and VAT number.
Payment information
In the case of payments made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, MyBank, or similar cards, upon completion of the online purchase process, the relevant banking institution will authorize payment of the purchase amount through the service selected by the Customer.
Regarding the payment data entered by users, 3S Dental s.r.l. will only process data received from digital payment companies and credit card payment processors, consisting of feedback on the payment status (successful/rejected). All additional information relating to the account, prepaid card, credit card, or any other payment method chosen by the user is stored by the entities managing the relevant service, which are not authorized to use the personal data received through the Site for other purposes.

Information regarding the processing of personal data through the social media platforms used by the Data Controller
Regarding the processing of personal data by the operators of the social media platforms used by the Data Controller, please refer to the information provided by them in their respective privacy policies. The Data Controller processes the personal data provided by data subjects through the pages of dedicated social media platforms, within the scope of its institutional purposes, exclusively to manage interactions with data subjects (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with applicable legislation.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS, AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVISION
Your Personal Data will be processed by 3S Dental s.r.l. for the following purposes:
Provision of the requested Service
Allowing the provision of the requested services (including the purchase and delivery/supply of products and services, registration for courses and events, receiving and managing orders, processing payments, communicating with orders, improving services and resolving any related issues, responding to your requests for information, providing you with support services, etc.).
The legal basis is the performance of a contract and/or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, including responding to the data subject's requests (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR). Providing this data is mandatory, as failure to provide it will make it impossible to provide the services or respond to requests.
After your purchase, 3S Dental s.r.l. may ask you, if you wish, whether you would like to provide a review for the product/service purchased. This is entirely voluntary and not mandatory, and failure to provide such information will have no consequences.
Newsletter and Marketing
With your consent, 3S Dental s.r.l. may send you newsletters and conduct marketing activities, including informational and promotional materials regarding its activities, products, services, and offers.
The legal basis is the data subject's consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR). Providing your Personal Data for these purposes is therefore entirely optional and does not affect the provision of the Services.

We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code, 3S Dental s.r.l. may send you offers on products or services similar to those sold by email, even without your specific consent. The legal basis is the pursuit of the data controller's legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR).
The data subject is informed, at the time of collection and each communication, of the possibility to object to the processing, easily and free of charge, without affecting the provision of services. You may object to the above processing at any time by contacting 3S Dental s.r.l. to the contact details indicated or via the unsubscribe mechanism found in the footer of each email.
Compliance with legal obligations
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax matters) to which 3S Dental s.r.l. is subject.
Processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR). Providing this data is mandatory, as failure to provide it will make it impossible to provide services or process requests.
Abuse/Fraud

Specific security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access, in compliance with the security measures set out in Article 32 of the GDPR.
DATA ACCESSIBILITY
Within the Data Controller's organization, your data is accessible exclusively to trained and previously authorized personnel, including administrative, sales, Marketing, and ICT staff.
DATA DISCLOSURE
The data may be disclosed to external parties with whom 3S Dental s.r.l. collaborates, such as product and service suppliers, commercial partners, consultants, collaborators, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, and communications agencies, appointed where necessary as Data Processors by the Data Controller.
The updated list of Data Processors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
No transfers to countries outside the EU are envisaged. If necessary, the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union will be carried out solely and exclusively in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR ("Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries or International Organizations"), meaning that transfers may be based on an adequacy decision, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another appropriate legal basis. STORAGE
All the aforementioned data will be retained for the purposes set out in this policy and, at least, for the duration of the requested service or, where applicable, for the mandatory terms established by law.
Personal Data processed for the purpose of Service Provision will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve those purposes, in compliance with legal obligations (e.g., pursuant to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, accounting documents must be retained for 10 years).
Personal Data processed for Marketing and Newsletter purposes will be retained until you withdraw your consent.
Personal Data processed for the purposes of Compliance with legal obligations will be retained until the time required by the specific obligation or applicable law.
Your Personal Data processed for the purposes of Abuse/Fraud will be retained for the time necessary for the aforementioned purpose and, therefore, until 3S Dental s.r.l. is required to retain it to protect itself in court and disclose such data to the competent authorities in the event of Abuse/Fraud.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Pursuant to Chapter III of European Regulation 679/2016, you may exercise the following rights:

b) the right to rectification (Article 16);
c) the right to erasure (Article 17);
d) the right to restriction of processing (Article 18);
e) the right to data portability (Article 20);
f) the right to object (Article 21);
g) the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (Article 22);
h) the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Article 7, paragraph 3);
i) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77);
j) the right to an effective judicial remedy against a supervisory authority (Article 78) or against the data controller or processor (Article 79).
