Instructions
Orders can be placed by communicating the item codes in writing to:

Through our website it is possible to send the order request directly to receive the order confirmation. There is no minimum order. It is necessary, at the time of ordering, to provide the company name, telephone contact and electronic invoicing data. Orders received by 15:00 will be processed on the same day and departed the following working day.
Deliveries
For deliveries, the company uses the BRT courier network in 24/48 working hours from collection throughout the national territory (48/72 hours for islands, Calabria and places considered "remote"), excluding any delays not dependent on our will; At the customer's request and with payment of additional costs, scheduled deliveries will also be carried out. BRT provides 1/2 free attempts; In the event of non-delivery due to refusal by the recipient or other reason not attributable to the courier, the package goes into storage.
Returns and Complaints
The return must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods, with a carriage document carriage paid, intact, unaltered, in its original packaging, placed in a package that protects the individual packaging of the product. Upon arrival at the office, the return will be subjected to verification and we reserve the right not to accept it, sending it back to the sender carriage assigned. Any replacement will take place only after receipt of the returned item. Defects found on the material (including production defects), incongruities on the packaging and damage attributable to transport, must be communicated upon arrival of the goods. In the event of goods received that do not comply with the order communicated, immediate contact is requested for replacement; In this case, the costs of collecting the incorrect item and returning the correct goods are borne by the 3s dental.
Prices
All prices shown include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Published prices and/or packaging may be subject to change, without notice. This catalogue cancels and replaces the previous one.
Payment Methods
- Cash on delivery or check to be specified at the time of ordering;
- Advance payment to be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
Transport
Shipping with cash on delivery costs € 12.00 (VAT included), with advance payments (Bank Transfer or PayPal) has a cost of € 6.50 (VAT included), up to a maximum of 3 kg. For shipments of higher weight, the following will be charged as a weight surcharge:
- From 3 kg to 5 kg € 2.00 VAT included
- From 5 kg to 10 kg € 3.00 VAT included
- From 10 kg to 20 kg € 4.00 VAT included
- From 20 kg to 30 kg € 6.00 VAT included
- Above 30 kg, the weight supplement will be quantified when booking shipping
- Free shipping for orders over € 200.00 (VAT included), excluding cash on delivery costs. Prices may vary depending on the volume of packaging.
* There is an additional cost for areas considered "remote" by the courier to be quantified at the time of ordering.
N.B. For orders received outside Italy, the shipping cost and payment methods will be handled by the order department.
