Terms and Conditions
Orders
Orders can be placed by providing the item codes in writing to:

You can submit your order request directly through our website to receive an order confirmation. There is no minimum order. When placing your order, you must provide your company name, telephone number, and electronic invoicing information. Orders received before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day and shipped the following business day.
Deliveries
For deliveries, the company uses the BRT courier network within 24-48 business hours from collection throughout Italy (48-72 hours for islands, Calabria, and remote locations), excluding any delays beyond our control. Upon customer request and subject to additional charges, scheduled deliveries will also be made. BRT offers 1-2 free delivery attempts; In the event of non-delivery due to refusal by the recipient or other reasons not attributable to the courier, the package will be held in storage.
Returns and Complaints
Returns must be received no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods, with the freight-paid shipping document, intact, unaltered, in their original packaging, and placed in a protective package. Upon arrival at our office, the return will be inspected, and we reserve the right to refuse it and return it to the sender, freight collect. Any replacements will be made only after the returned item has been received at our office. Defects found in the material (including manufacturing defects), packaging inconsistencies, and damage attributable to transportation must be reported upon arrival of the goods. If the goods received do not conform to the order, we request immediate contact for replacement; in this case, the costs of collecting the incorrect item and returning the correct item will be borne by 3S Dental.
Prices
All prices shown include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Published prices and/or packaging may be subject to change without notice. This catalog cancels and replaces the previous one.
Payment Methods
- Cash on delivery (cash or check), specify when ordering;
- Advance payment by bank transfer or PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping with cash on delivery costs €12.00 (VAT included); with advance payments (bank transfer or PayPal) costs €6.50 (VAT included), up to a maximum of 3 kg. Shipments weighing more than this will incur a weight surcharge:
- From 3 kg to 5 kg: €2.00 (VAT included)
- From 5 kg to 10 kg: €3.00 (VAT included)
- From 10 kg to 20 kg: €4.00 (VAT included)
- From 20 kg to 30 kg: €6.00 (VAT included)
- For orders over 30 kg, the weight surcharge will be calculated at the time of booking.
- Free shipping for orders over €200.00 (VAT included), excluding cash on delivery charges. Prices may vary based on the volume of the package.
* There is an additional charge for areas considered "remote" by the courier, which will be calculated at the time of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: For orders received outside of Italy, shipping costs and payment methods will be managed by the orders department.
