LIQUID TO IMPROVE THE ROUGHNESS OF ZIRCONIUM (ETCHING EFFECT)
This special liquid, containing nano-sized zirconia powder, is used on zirconium during presintering. After sintering, it forms micro-irregularities on the treated surface, improving adhesion for subsequent cementation. Thanks to its unique black color, you can easily check the treated area of the prosthesis with the naked eye. The black color disappears after sintering.
Easy to apply with a brush. Small increase in surface thickness (3~4 microns).
No effect on the long-term stability and mechanical properties of zirconium as there is a material input and not an aggressive chemical treatment of the same (acid etching).
