The ultraviolet light generated by the 12 LEDs of this flashlight allows you to differentiate and/or highlight materials that are not clearly and therefore distinguishable to normal observation. It allows the identification of situations of inhomogeneity that would otherwise not be identifiable, as well as to visualize whether the artifacts analyzed have undergone restoration and to what extent; it is useful for doing fluorescence tests of prosthetic artifacts and dental restorations in general.
This flashlight is made of aluminum and is small in size (3 x 9.5 cm), it can be used both in the studio and in the laboratory.
Also useful for initial photopolymerization of composites.
Wavelength : 385 ~ 400 nm. Ultraviolet Light Intensity: 3mW
It works with 3 AAA mini 1.5v batteries not supplied.
